In-Person and Online Personal Training Details
Functional movement training increases strength, wellbeing, and confidence among participants. We consider your fitness goals, as well as your likes and dislikes, in creating a new personalized training plan for you each month. Coach Laura supervises your progress over the month to offer support, encouragement, and accountability.
Base personal training package: Four 30-minute sessions per month: $140/month. Want to train more often throughout the month? $35 for each additional half hour.
Your first session is FREE to make sure that we're a good coaching fit for you.
We offer partner workouts for a discount, and bartering options are available, please inquire.

For in-person clients, we have a fully stocked gym with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a squat rack, resistance bands, TRX straps, a BOSU, a heavy bag, and other small functional training equipment.
For virtual and hybrid clients, your home workouts will be tailored to the equipment that you have available.
