Squat Set 1 - Squats and Side angle pose
Squat Set 2 - Sumo squats and switching side plank (with shoulder stretch if comfortable)
Squat Set 3 - Squat to kneel to squat to stand and Band anti-rotation with movement (or Partner is a jerk if you have a buddy!)
Squat Set 4 - Super low slow-mo walk and Dumbbell curl to punch to overhead press
Finisher - Squat jump/heel raise and Mountain climbers
