The ShockYard Social Club is at the heart of the ShockYard Fitness mantra "Fitness Made Fun". We invite our members to step out of the gym and bring movement and activity into the rest of your lives. Social Club activities are open to ShockYard members and the general public. Most activities are family-friendly and encourage some sort of "teamwork" aspect. Special Events and Challenges
ShockYard Community Service Days*
-Walk or run at least one mile every day from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day.
-Just $15 to participate.
-Competitors who successfully complete the challenge will be eligible for a GRAND PRIZE! The more people sign up, the bigger the grand prize will be so invite your friends!

What is the Ithaca Rescue Mission?
"A PLACE TO LEAVE HUNGER AND HOMELESSNESS BEHIND
The Ithaca Rescue Mission provides emergency shelter and affordable permanent housing for those experiencing homelessness. Our Friendship Center and community food pantry are open to the public daily for those who are hungry or need a welcoming place to come in from the elements.
Ithaca’s low vacancy rates and rental costs are challenging for many. For someone who has experienced homelessness, the barriers to finding housing can be particularly daunting. Our case managers work step by step with emergency shelter residents to help them find homes, and to develop individualized plans to leave hunger and homelessness behind."

-Shortly after sign up, you will receive an email with a link to our mileage tracker and info on how to connect with our Run/Walk Facebook group.
-This challenge is entirely based on the honor code. We will not be checking up on your miles. So be cool man.
-Missed a day? It's OK, don't give up! Everyone is allowed one freebie day that you will note in your log book.
-Missed another day? You may stay in the running for the grand prize, but we ask that you contribute another $15 for each day missed (this sum will go entirely to the featured charity). Again, honor code. Skip Day Donation Page

The Live Love Lift Summit is the FIRST event of its kind.
The evening consists of two portions. We absolutely suggest ALL people attend both portions, however we understand the need for schedule accommodations. We absolutely ensure that the LIFT experience is positive and empowering for ALL people but respect the desire to attend just the latter portion. That's why admission is only $35 for the entire event which includes refreshments between the LIFT and LIVE and LOVE portions of the evening.
If you'd like to attend only one session or the other, that's possible for just $20 for the session you'd like to attend.

LIFT- 530pm to 7pm- a lifting workshop designed for everyBODY!

LIVE, LOVE-7pm to 830pm- an interactive talk on how fitness truly is for you, how the fitness industry tries to manipulate us and how to avoid that and travel down your own path of fitness badassery and what that looks like in your life.
At 830pm we will open up a Q and A and sharing session and we will completely wrap by 9pm.
